In 1994, members of the italian National Library in Rome made an amazing discovery: buried in their archives was an unknown manuscript consisting of 80 mysterious paintings by the famed prophet Michel de Nostradamus. This manuscript, never published by Nostradamus, was handed down to the prophet's son Cesar (on the cover) and later donated by him to Pope Urban VIII. It did not surface again until 400 years later. In both the paintings and the accompanying quatrains within, Nostradamus is said to have predicted the Nazi Blitzkrieg, the assassination attemp to Pope John Paul II, the burning of the oil wells of Kuwait by Iraq, and Boris Yeltsin's rise to power.

When the secret prophecies-within-the-prophecies are decoded, predictions for the 21st century come to light: the destruction of PLO and the emergence of a new dictatorship in Russia, the coming of a brilliant new pope who will transform Christianity across the planet, and the arrival of extraterrestrials who usher in a new era of peace and enlightenment.

Ottavio Cesare Ramotti

Having worked for many years as an analyst-programmer at the Interforce Electronic Centre of the Italian National Police, he is now a well known interpreter of Nostradamus.

The speciality of his approach is to work out his quartains with a computer using keys - ordering keys at the outset, which are now also interpretative keys - provided by Nostradamus himself in the quartains’ numbers, and also in the inscription on the famous stone he set in a dwelling at Turin.

He is the author of "Chiavi di Nostradamus - il ventesimo Secolo", (Ed. Mediterranee - Rome - 1987 and 1990 - Lit. 28.000) and "Scienza temporale e papi del futuro illustrati da Nostradamus", (Ed. Noesis- Rome - 1995 - Lit. 33.000), both available from E-Mail cw@ramotti.it

In Summer 1998 is now available in USA, by the "Inner Traditions International" publishing, the book "Nostradamus’Code" - The last manuscript that unloks the secrets of the Master prophet. It is a translation of the book "Scienza temporale e papi del futuro illustrati da Nostradamus".

In 1983 he found the secret method of ordering the quartains chronologically. Thanks to this, he was able to get at the computer-aided printing of the "Grand tappis plié", just as the clairvoyant had foreseen. Indeed, the "big folded rug" is nothing but the computer output of a continuous strip containing the quartains’ numbers regarding events spanning over 500 years, set in a chronological order.

Why the computer?

Ottavio Cesare Ramotti was born in Trieste on the 21th of June 1929, from a branch of the noble family of Von Ramroth (Romrott in the XVI century) from Hesse, scattered in the ex Austro-Hungarian Empire during the tumultuous events of the past centuries.

Having completed his studies, he worked in the postwar period at the local civil police of the Allied Military Government, and then at the Italian National Police when Trieste was returned to Italy.

Following the first data processing experiments on the machines available in 1957, he was transferred to Rome, where he became one of the pioneers of the current Interforce database software.

As an analyst-programmator, he implemented a practical system of questioning in real time, extended to the national network, with international connections.

Discharged in 1989, he was awarded the title of " Cavaliere al merito della Repubblica ".

How can it be that this new Cesar, the namesake of the son to whom Nostradamus dedicated his Centuries, has been provided with "Le Thresor", Nostradamus’ secret treasure, mentioned on several occasions by the seer?

It’s impossible to explain how, just after the mid-August feast of 1983, he read a Nostradamus quartain (X, 29) in a book lend to him by a colleague, Ivana Rametta, which talked about a Pope coming from Poland (POL), who would go to TARBE (the main town of Lourdes) to pray in a cave, while in those very days newspapers reported the visit of John Paul to Tarbe and to Lourdes. Pulled up by his hair, the agnostic rationalist Cesar soon discovered that the quartains about the Pope were set in a strictly sinusoidal order, and that all the other quartains could be linked together in the same way.

Seemingly fortuitous was the idea, suggested to him in 1992 by his friend Gianni Posella of Rome, to get to the root of the inscription on the Turin stone, which enabled him to discover the decipherment formula, availing himself of the assistance of a computer provided with an electronic dictionary specially worked out for this purpose.

Furthermore, it’s impossible to explain how a drawing from the Manuscript on the Popes bequeathed by the first Cesar Nostradamus to a Roman library in the XVII century and published quite by chance by the journalist Enza Massa in the "Giornale dei Misteri" has so compelled the eye of Ottavio Cesare that he had to get to the root of the matter in 1994. Egged on in this by another friend, Giancarlo Rossi Fedele, he found something that no Nostradamus scholar had ever suspected, i.e. the original drawings of the great clairvoyant, meant for Urban VIII.

Jung explained in 1952 that the synchronistic connections are not fortuitous, but on the contrary unfortuitous, i.e. subject to a law of cause and effect which does not belong in our dimension but in another one in which time passes in another way, i.e. does not pass, whereas what passes could be space...

This dimension is now within our reach owing to the formulae passed on to us by Nostradamus.

The scientific demonstration of "Permanent Time", already anticipated in Carl Gustav Jung in his studies on Synchronicism, to an extend which is no longer totaly out of reach, is better brought in light by the elaboration of a succession of letters, gleaned from the quartains according to a progression which has been a secret so far.

This provides us a reading in "soluta oratione", i.e. with the decipherment resolved, as Nostradamus himself had announced in his "Epistole to my son Cesar".

In this letter, he also announced that one day the prophecies will become "plus esclarci", i.e. clearer. That day has come.
